Action In Rhodesia
« on: December 09, 2022, 05:01:12 AM »

We played a game of Specter Ops pitting communist revolutionaries against a Rhodesian farmstead supported (eventually) by the Rhodesian Army. Fast playing rules and a scenario full of twists and turbans.  https://antonswargame.blogspot.com/2022/12/return-to-rhodesia.html

Brilliant stuff, thank you for posting. I’ve only just got a copy of SO and my mind is now buzzing with the possibilities for settings.

Keep up the good work,

That looks fantastic, I use Spectre for the Rhodesian Wars as well. I will certainly track down your blog.

Great looking game and excellent report.
For anyone looking at gaming this period in 28mm I thoroughly recommend looking at the African Wars range available from Eureka. I bought some of the Rhodesian Light Infantry figures for another project and have to say that they are beautiful sculpts.

Great looking game and excellent report.
For anyone looking at gaming this period in 28mm I thoroughly recommend looking at the African Wars range available from Eureka.

Those are lovely figures, especially like the RAR.
There is also a very nice range of 28mm Rhodesian figures at Under Fire miniatures, alongside their superb range of 20mm Bush Wars minis.

Beautiful game - 15mm figures with 1/87 scale buildings?
