I also have been busy with a few additional saga units:
Thracian mercs that I hope will grow into an actual warband. A mix of Aventine metals and victrix/warlord plastic conversions.

8 Italian Hoplites that will be used a Italiote HG or Mercenary Hoplites for Syracuse.

Excellent looking Greeks! I respect those nicely painted shield designs.

The figure on the right, with long beard and green shield.  What figure is that?  I need to get one of those.

It's an agema african veteran with a triarius head (i think also from agema), the beard is green stuff and the shield is from Victrix samnites

The final additions to my Syracusans: light and medium cavalry and the two units of italic mercenaries. I'm too happy with how the latter turned out (March to Hell doesn't have dedicated samnite/italic models so I tried combining roman hastati with iberian scutarii + ad hoc shields), so they will be a placeholder until I get my hands on more suitable sculpts.

And here's the full Syracusan force for basic impetus. Overall I'm pleased with the results bar the aforementioned italics.

They look alright to me! And I believe Victrix has a nice Samnites range if you’re looking for some dedicated models.

You can check the unarmoured samnites I painted on the first page  :D

The Latin allies look fantastic. Especially the stern looking warrior at the end. Did you use a Agema Carthaginian plastic range ?

The bodies are a mix of agema african veterans, warlord phalangites and victrix samnites. The heads are agema and victrix romans

Do forgive me! I saw the detailing on them and assumed they were just particularly chunky 28mm- a testament to the quality of sculpts these days, and your own painting skill :)

That 15mm Syracusan force looks stunning -- really like the different colors on the hoplite shields, and those celts are gorgeous. What's your recipe for the NMM chainmail armor on them?

I've never considered a 15mm project before, until I saw your minis. The March to Hell prints are a bit chunky and big-headed in 28mm, but between the quality of your paintjob and the 15mm scale, they look amazing.

Thank you
The chainmail is basically just blue grey paint washed with space wolves grey contrast.
