It looks like Katie is taking the Zone much more seriously than previous crews. I'm looking forward to seeing what adventures they get up to.
Maybe one or two of the Vagabonds might get hired for local knowledge - it would be interesting to see if they could survive enough missions to get above Rookie status (in my Zona Albion setting Godber was found wounded in an early mission, he"s now rapidly approaching Veteran status).

This is going to be good! The action starts at 11.30am this morning.

all I need to remember is; do I put the cream on the scone before the jam and all will be well. Unfortunately I can’t recall which way they do it in Devon, I’ll just have to hope the Mad Lord Snapcase cut’s me a little slack because it’s a frightfully important thing in that part of the country, apparently.

Just to help you out Vaggers, here's a pictorial reference to keep you on the straight and narrow. Also, a newspaper cutting from 1925, showing how disputes on the Devon/Cornwall border, have been ongoing since time immoral! I refer you specifically to column two.

Your Lordship - I've printed out the picture and stuck it on the wall by my desk, that way I'll always be certain of the right way.

Bullshott - Katie is a very serious woman, especially where her career and livelihood are concerned. No one gets in her way, and if they try, they regret it.

She's going back into the Facility in the Mojave to recover some evidence that she stashed away on a previous visit. Hopefully she will succeed. Some of the Vagabonds may be going to Canada with Cptn Donovan, we'll see how they cope with the change in climate.  ;)

Can't wait to see how she does on this one.  Her crew looks like they don't suffer fools lightly.  Good for them!

And your reference to Capitol Hill was correct, as long as Katie was being pushed around by Congressmen/women and/or their staffers....

Looking forward to how this one plays out! I like how you are letting different groups take the lead in the story telling. Interesting and unique! So many of us create a crew or team or gang -- or whatever our rules call them -- and just follow them through.

Great stuff!

Thanks Mike glad you're enjoying it. I have a few ideas where this might be going, but to some extent it will depend on each mission, but I don't think it will be along the Zone Alfa route of amassing wealth, more along the lines of a detecting story.

I'm just trying to decide if I've made a mistake posting them as seperate games, rather than as a single thread with multiple games as most folk have done.

Cptn, thanks for the translating service.   :D

Cheers

Thanks Vagabond.  I've tried making the clear bases your way and I like it much better.
