Will all versions of the book, print PDF etc, be made available at the same time?

I am in the process of getting quotes on small-press printing. I will try to have Lulu and the PDF available simultaneously.

Lulu can deliver a POD version of the rules, so ostensibly, print and PDF will be available at the same. When I print a limited run of my own, I will likely make those available on an eBay store.
