Cheers!  Yep, Berlin Brigade for my 1961 collection. Just need to source some crew. Decals came from Kingsfisher. The Berlin Brigade had some exotic kit in the 1960s including Mungas and Unimogs and even the odd VW. All paid for by the City of West Berlin, who were required to subsidise the occupying powers.  There's a nice photo out there of a 'mog towing a Mobat RCL. On the 'to do' list once I find some suitable 1960s Russians.

Well I've just spent yesterday afternoon and this afternoon going through this entire amazing thread!! The superlatives used by so many others are all so right. This has brought back so many memories of times past, Belfast in the early 80's with RUC DMSU and in my other life in the met  'the seige', the embassy model like all of your pieces is a work of art. I do hope you continue this fantastic thread.
You've not mentioned Teeside airport for sometime? Did it get sidelined or is it in another thread? I do remember the Household Cavalry armoured regiment being deployed the Heathrow after a PIRA mortar attack, with them in scimitar and us (met SPG) in white transits armed with .38 SW revolvers, no body armour and no idea what we were doing there. so glad we had those lads with us if the shite had hit the fan for a second time?
