Mini Samurai project

Hey gang. I received a small set of models from one of my oldest clients and I always love working for him. He tends to give me the creative license. He isn't particularly fussy with color schemes so I based the whole lot off my favorite samurai armor, the armor of the soldier in The Last Samurai, the armor that Tom Cruise ends up wearing. This was a fast commission as a consequence but I really like the finish and they're very satisfying to look at IRL.

Also, I'm not sure what manufacturer they are but they appear to be 3d prints, they're clean and they had some supports on them, hence my guess. They are so well sculpted that they painted themselves. No nasty tricky corners.

Seemingly not, i posted in that thread in excitement and was informed we were wrong. Thanks for the interest though.

Finished these off today with some edge highlighting on the scabbards and added the little rope ties on the armor, I couldn't get around to them for a week or two but it was so gratifying doing them today
