Very impressive work, but that Ringwraith has me wondering - why do they always run around with tattered robes? Just because you're incorporeal, you can't enjoy nice things? 

(Pretty sure the Witch-King himself is described at one point as having a shiny crown for his invisible head...)

Maybe in Angmar local factories were unable to produce high-quality cloth - unlike their more industrialized Mordor colleagues
