Last of the British Silver Bayonet box (at last)

The Highlander nervously fingers his claymore as dusk deepens and the wolves close in "Aye, where are the English noo when I need them most?"

** with apologies to any Scots among us for the poor attempt at the brogue **
No dear, they are not toys, they are models

Found a box of Star Trek figures that I hadn't painted last year.
Security/Marine types.

Casualty figures.

Some Frostgrave Barbarians that should serve multiple genres. I have one of the world's slowest burning game ideas, which is to do something in the universe of The 100 (which has been off the air for a while now...) I've been looking for suitable grounder figures for ages, and I think these will do (alongside normal fantasy duties).

contrasts and speedpaints

I also have another slow burning project, 6mm Team Yankee. First models for it, some British Chieftains, Scorpions and Scimitars. I did paint the black camouflage on the models, it just hasn't photographed very well  :( Heroics and Ros, painted with "real" paints

Like Chinese, you can never have enough trees. These are all 3d prints purchase off of Etsy.

Some animal pens for my Siberian table. My last purchase from the soon to be late and much lamented Grand Manner castings.
Got to kick at the darkness till it bleeds daylight.

I keep forgetting about these threads when I get on LAF. Here are some more post-apoc survivors (and their 3-d printed van) that I recently painted up. Some closeup:

I picked these Battle Valor Miniatures out because I have almost no survivors armed only with melee weapons. Pretty much all have firearms. I'm getting ready to do some zombie apocalypse gaming, and figured I'd better have some of these available.
For more angles of the figures, check out my Lead Legionaries blog:

Enjoy!
