I use the Too Fat Lardies "I Ain't Been Shot, Mum!" rules for my terminator game.
My Empire - where everything I ever did is collected:

Future Wars has rules for Terminators right in them. The book is being printed now and should be available again in two weeks.

You can keep an eye on the Rattrap site (as well as here) for when they are available.

Sorry, I thought you were talking about the old Future Wars from Copplestone (or whoever), is this an updated re-issue or another game of the same name?

Copplestone did carry them for a while. I am not sure if he had an earlier version or not.

This is from the rulebook:

Quote
The following special rules apply when using fighting vehicles on the table. Land vehicles include wheeled and tracked machines, plus hovercraft and surface-skimming anti-gravity vehicles. Some large (ie. bigger than human or Terminator size) robots with multiple weapons may also come into this category; these will generally be “walkers” which move by means of mechanical legs. The crews of manned vehicles may count as Professional, Regular, Civilians, or Rabble (in the latter case they have probably found it abandoned, and by some miracle managed to get the engine started). Treat large robots as Terminators for shooting etc; like other robots, they do not need to test morale. A vehicle always counts as an independent unit, and so in effect motivates itself.

Players will have to use their common sense when deciding on what armour ratings should be given to AFVs and robots. For simplicity, these rules classify armour as Light, Medium or Heavy. AFVs shot at from the side or rear should count as one armour category lighter than their frontal value (unless this is Light)
.

If you should ever consider larger games, please try my IABSM mod. It's good fun.

Well my game is for use at shows, so you roll to see what each side has brought to the fight, and usually that's
50 something techcom and eveything between 4 and 20 T's (of different marks).

I shall see if I can link to my own thread, where I recall having written something about the rules.
