Cthulhu wargaming rules.

What rules would people recommend using for Cthulu warming?

Sort of correct but please note the difference between a Cat and a Hat. The Hat is active here weekly or even daily so why not just ask...

I have been drawn to the idea of Cthulhu recently, 25+ years ago I was into the Chaosium RPG and recently True Detective has put the lurking horror idea in my mind again. I am tempted.
Is SA tied to a specific time period or could it be brought into the present?

It is set in the 1920's, but would only take a little thought to change the era and move either forwards or backwards in time.

I am going to be using elements of the system for Old West later in the year and also use it for Star Wars gaming in the future.
You cannot get much more versatile than that, I reckon... ;)

Cthulu goes with everything. I'm doing a ww2 Cthulhu game myself.
