That is just outstanding and so atmospheric too. Envious and admiring, although both true, barely scratch the surface of my reaction.

Extraordinary….I could look at photos of your work for hours. Can we have some more to enjoy, please?

Thanks everyone.   I’ll be sure to post some more pictures as this progresses, and also some pictures of my fantasy set up.

Thanks for all the positive encouragement.
...

Fantastic! :-*

Thanks, It was your VSF buildings from years ago that got me started on this crazyness.

Though my being burdened with a bit of self-diagnosed aphantasia, shadows of those same posts both encouraged me in humble attempts and discouraged my hubris at the same time...  lol

Thanks, I have the birds to add and still need to do washing lines and print out some cats as per your previous suggestion, but they are on the to-do list

I looked back at the thread, beginning with James' cogent thoughts, and noticed I only put up one post, with a few suggestions, but they did seem to generate some discussion. Glorious sense of community!

As Doug said above, DO keep sharing. Which requires your continued madness!

Thanks once again for all the encouragement.

I have started work on the industrial section of the layout.

I am trying to capture the gloomy feel of City Life in a smog-filled city where the like of Jack the Ripper or worse stalk the dark streets.

Still plenty to do on the industrial part but I am getting there.
