Not quite what I'd call a 'review' as such - sure, it tells you the production values, the page count, how many photo's and glossy illustrations there are and what social media platforms they are on.

But absolutely nothing, zip, nada about actual gameplay - what's the game background, what 'period' of moderns, how do game turns develop and what do the players do with the models, I presume there are models for the game?
Does not sell me on the game at all, I'm afraid - shiny boxes do not make something I'd want to buy.

Hello Rick, thank you for your feedback.

As you mentioned, this video focuses solely on the contents of the starter set of our game. Its purpose is to show backers all the components included, giving them a clear idea of what they will receive if they support our Kickstarter campaign, which launches on 19th February 2025.

We have other videos that focus more on showcasing the miniatures, the scenery, and even the content and design of the rulebook.

(Insurgent miniatures) https://youtu.be/bUJMJFFlQmk?si=JrDQ2wk00VQZtLGq
(Scenery) https://youtu.be/0CGCZ8DP_6g?si=488eGRtz3g2ybe8Y
(Rulebook) https://youtu.be/1bWU5Ju342s?si=dy-236YxG68v60-f

If you’d like to learn more about the game mechanics, how a turn plays out, or even watch a full gameplay session, I recommend this series of videos where we explain all these aspects of the game. You'll find answers to all the questions you've asked.

Ooh, that's actually a lot more information - exactly the kind of information that a wargamer would likely want to see at the start!

As an aside, I can't get the gameplay video link to work - there needs to be a space between the last bracket and the link itself.

It looks very interesting; squad level so you have more figures than the usual spec-ops fireteam approach but not too many as to be confusing. A nice set of differences between the irregular and regular forces and 16 different army lists to choose from - all very good and enough to give a lot of variation. I actually quite like the look of these and I might be tempted if the price point is within my (limited) budget.

Thanks Rick for your message.
I've corrected the link and now it works properly.
There will be different pledge levels in the Kickstarter with different prices, so I hope one of them will suit your budget.
