Excellent work on this one! Nice to see some good pics of this one, I was already thinking of getting one myself and this shows the quality is good.

Any remarks on building the model, Dominic?

Oh my GOD, this looks just awesome, How did you do the weathering on the Gun-opening (in lack of a better word)? It looks almost real.

Thanks guys!

Ketoeloh - the BAM gun fit together very well.  It was a breeze to assemble  The castings were very clean with absolutely no flash.  Only need to clean off the moulding line.

Note - the Gun only comes with 2 crew.  The third chap is from their mortar set.

Zoogla - the weathering was done in the following way:

base coat of Tamiya Dark Yellow (sprayed)
drybrush of VMC German Grey
light drybrush of VMC Bolt Gunmetal

Wow! some of the best WW II painting I've seen!
They were all drawn to the Keep; the soldiers who brought death; the father and daughter fighting for life; the people who have always feared it; and the one man who knows its secret....

Excellent paint job on the gun and the miniatures!
I really like that everything is painted to the same high standard.
