This ship is a laser-cut birch plywood model from Flying Tricycle - it's my "The Dark Maiden" for my Razig's Revenge army for Warlord.

Great stuff, guys.  Looks like I have to get moving on some Dhows and xebecs in 15mm

Japanese 'fune' or seki-bune. Mainstay of the Japanese fleet of the Sengoku jedai. I've got a slightly bigger one but it's looking a bit tatty now.



This now a kit and I'm selling them at Salute and they will be on the website hopefully next week.

"Sengoku Jedai" is the "warring states" period from the end of the 15th century to 1573, wenn Oda Nobunaga vanquished his last major enemy.

That is an excellent piece, BTW. What did you use for the sail? I like how the mast "shines through".

The sail is calico, a type of cotton-like material and I'm hoping they do sell at Salute, a lot of work went into it
