Bob... Bob I can understand...

Am I really so shallow and transparent...?

Yeah, fair cop, guv.  lol

I've gotta agree with Chris though, I know the mag is aimed at kids, but by god its rubbish. Do kids who are presumably already fans of the show need it pointed out to them that the Silurians have "green scaly skin like a lizard"? Really? Really? Why not tell us how the general got her scar, or if the different size crests denote different ages or castes, something a fairly bright child wouldn't have already worked out for themselves.

Lazy, tie-in rubbish, BBC, hang your heads in shame.  :-[

Then do some more useful free gifts, please.   :D

The design is still rubbish but a lick of paint helps..

First one of mine done, slightly shiny from the varnish and needs the base done but you get the idea  :)

Nice one Auton, a bit of 'slap' ? I venture the Dalek race wouldn't stand for that!

Yeah and I like how the supposedly complex and great civilisation of the Silurians has only three castes in it - warrior, scientist and elder!  lol

Or am  taking this all too seriously?  ;D

Nice slapping on of slap Auton - they don't look half bad!

I might attempt to justify buying them by coming up with a Dalek civil war scenario, new vs old.

Don't forget the 'new and improved' Human-Dalek hybrids (DW-Daleks In Manhattan/Evolution of the Daleks) might be considered a wild card in that conflict !

I am so unspeakably jealous of you lot and your access to lots of cheap daleks!  Why the heck didn't they do this last summer when I was there and could have glommed onto a few? :(

Keep going on how they're misaligned, so I can feel better. ;)

Wow, I missed this one!

Are they still available?

Would someone from the motherland help out an ex-pat?  I'm looking to get two sets sent (You can keep the magazines ;) ).

Many thanks.
