...these aren't just normal aliens that are out to tear humans apart. They have tactics and weaponry as well and can be considered an extraterrestrial version of the human marine battalion we follow in the movie that's fighting them

Yes its very short, but shows ita not a straight to dvd type film, so me, i always wanted a alien invsion film, but never got one, the best for action would be District 9, i think thats thank for ground combat alien invasion films really....

It depends what style of alien you are looking for and your definition of cheap.

There are lots of plastic clickies around, a choice of plastic aliens from SW and if you prefer metal, you can't find much chepaer than SPUGs.

COGS are too much £23.00 for 4 figures, but those spugs may be a nice option, i need to get a pack and see how they paint up, maybe a nice light brown/ sand colour, but the weapons look fine.. Thanks for that

I've got a cog exo-suit as a proxy for the D9 suit, nice and all but as set, very expensive to build up a sizeable force.

The Armybox is good value and at Salute Simple Miniature Games will probably be doing one of their "buy N and save £X" deals if you can wait one month?
