Great to see this all done and come together so well.

What a great effort and amazing ability.  :)

Well, on hold for a month or so  :-[ (Christ, I hate my 'boss' sometimes).

Anyway, I've moved onto some buildings that will inhabit the inside of the walls and first off is a Victorian pump house. This is a flat pack kit and will be available on the website very soon and I'll have some a Salute  :)

The chimney is separate and there is a little joining section so it doesn't look stand alone. The roof is removeable and the door and windows come separate to allow ease of painting.

I have a fair few other 'key' Victorian buildings being drawn and tested at the moment and when they are ready I'll preview them here. So far we have The Barracks, The Governors house, The Station (which is a few pages up), The Church and The Poor house. Not all will be ready for Salute but I'll do my best  :D

cheers

James

Very nice, but I'm going to be picky  ;)

You've used the wrong brick pattern. Flemish bond is very pretty but Victorian utility buildings were built for strength and performance, English bond sir, English.
So many projects..... so little time.......

Fantastic work.

Will be at Salute this year, forgive my ignorance, but where will I be able to pick some of these beauties up.
They were all drawn to the Keep; the soldiers who brought death; the father and daughter fighting for life; the people who have always feared it; and the one man who knows its secret....

Great stuff, James.
 :-* :-* :-*

Works for me.

I know where some of my Salute dosh is going.
If I can get to the Oshiro stand that is.
I have heard it can get so crowded in front of it that one cannot make a purchase at times.... ::)

Bah, photograph's, you can't trust them. People are very selective over what they take photo's of  ;D

Obviously your's is built in flemish, but the two pumping stations near here are both in english bond. Interestingly I've been paying attention today while driving round as I had to do a trip out to some of the more industrial (when established) towns and the proper industrial buildings were all english bond but the frontages of the houses and the business buildings were primarily flemish. Even better were the sides though, if they couldn't be seen at a glance from the roads the flemish bond became a 3 brick flemish and often only every 3-4 rows, with the rest being plain/stretcher bond. English bond obviously stays that way.
