Got the track jig sorted and will commence sticking track on all the sections from today  :D

Took a few minutes thought as to which route to use but I think this is probably the better version, it's the most stable but just got to make sure that the jig doesn't stick when the rails do  lol

Will you be needing a bigger table at Salute this year?
Only asking as, if that is so, the Union will need to be informed as it will soon become a two-man-job, holding up the larger backdrop for this.
 :D

Our plotter at work won't do anything bigger  :(

I vote he makes some stands for the backdrop so we don't have to hold it for ages again.

Say, are those the brigade games railcars?

:) nice setup James. So the viaduct is modular and the rail inserts are modular too or will they be glued onto the viaduct? Interesting grey square you have there. ;)

Cheers

All the current viaduct sections have track and it's perminantely attached (the 'grey square' was just to test it  ;D ).

Say, are those the brigade games railcars?

'Fraid not, they are a plastic kit from Miniart of a Vulcan saddleback train. You only get three passenger cars in the kit but I've got several kits and converted a couple with styrene. More on which later  :)

Pretty darn cool. I am yearning to take the tools to my own toy train set and convert it to something NWF/Central Asian. That is, realistically, a year away.  :?

Thanks again chaps  :)

Made a brief start on a barrack block and got the front section done. There will be walls and other 'blocks' around the perimeter as the building as a whole will form a square with a parade ground in the midddle.

Have we seen the cliff lift before?

Certainly have, pages 34, 35 and 36 I think (or thereabouts).

Nice wedding photo, the fables of your height seem validated my my vantage point across the pond. :D

It's true about the rest of the 'gang' as well  lol

cheers
