Stuck for ideas on colours

Sat in my cupboard for a long while has been Viktor from Hasslefree




Though not to happy over the chest / tummy area in the photo I can live with it in real life (remember he is only 2cm to the top of his head in 'real' life) I am stuck where to go next in a few areas:

1) Eyes - green / orange or even white
2) Boots / pants - need to differentiate from the staff some how (no raised details for dry brushing though)
3) Belt - gold / silver seem a little tame
4) Fur on boots - no ideas at all
