Ah!

But this is VSF... where anything (pretty much) is possible!   ;D

Indeed! As one of the first powers to ebmrace Aeronef technologies, the Dutch quickly became a world Aeronef power in the nineteenth century much as they were a dominant naval power in the seventeenth and eighteenth centurys. Coupled with an unobtainium discovery on several of the Indonesian islands, the Dutch largely ignored Mars (with the exception of a few trading stations) and became one of the first colonizers of Venus where they made considerable headway into the Eastern continent.

So there.  ;)

Very nice!
What were the force lists and which game system did you use?

Froggy, Ricco has his own home made rules, rules that are not too disimiliar from the FUBAR rules that you posted not too long ago. They are not overly complicated, made for facilitating quick turns in large games that  can otherwise be bogged down by the sheer number of players and miniatures on the board.  As for force lists, we just kind of made sure that everything was even and crossed our fingers.  :)

But while the Americans came late to the airship game, we shall soon put all other nations behind us in the technology race!

And I will have my Marines and Negro troops painte dup for the next foray onto Venus!  And the "Clockwork Kegs".

And the "Clockwork Kegs".

My curiosity has been piqued

I'm sorry that I didn't get better pictures of your troops Keith. They deserve to be seen. The rocket troops are outstanding.

As I said, puffing up for a great fall. ;->=

As for the Dutch, we'll just assume that whole Tulip bubble never happened...
