Hassan is an arabian pirate from Reaper (as far as I remember)

Hassan is a Reaper figure. They have several similar to him in their earlier sets. He's a Bobby Jackson sculpt.

Here's a link to his entry in the Reaper gallery. I don't know if he's still avaliable in stores but you can order most of reapers out of print stuff from Reaper.
