It's the dreaded General Lee Ferris and his Iron Guard. The General is never seen without his armor and his guard's "machine" guns provide overwhelming fire power, when they don't jam. The General is from Rattrap Productions Space Cowboy set. The Guard are from Brigade Games Gaslight range.

Thanks for the kind remarks. The Space cowboy set has great figures in it, not a clunker in the bunch! The machine gunners are big and chunky with enormous hands.Their simplicity was a relief after painting detail heavy figures.
