The first one looks kinda familiar, is it a conversion? Artizan? (curse my brain not being able to explain why I recognize it...)

Yes it's Artizan's 'PLPOO7 Oberst Von Stroop' with an old GW skeleton head swap.

 The Joker.
 His suit looks bluish but is actually purple.

Those are all great figures. I really like the Joker mini...awesome conversion work on an Artizan Design if I am not mistaken??
