There are some really lovely miniatures here. The speeder bikes alone are a delight. Any chance we can see some more?

Yes, there´s always a chance, because I still have some unpainted WEG SW models in my lead pile. The really important question is WHEN? Too many miniatures, too many projects, too little time...  ::)

love the Mon Cal... why are the Wookies in skirts?

Maybe they are Highland Wookies from the MacWookie clan.
Looking for a set of rules that adaptable for different genres.

I think I haven´t posted these on LAF yet, although the buildings aren´t new. They belong to this log however and are my collection of scratch built (from blue foam) Mos Eisley buildings:

"Mos Eisley spaceport
 - you will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy."

R5-D4 and the AT-ST are shown for scale comparison.

Just reread this thread :o :o :o :o :o
Wow I'm so jealous of all these Star wars threads. This has got to be one of the best.
I so wish I had got into SW miniatures years ago when they came out when they were cheap and available.
Does anybody still sell WEG star wars?
Somebody mentioned the US early in the thread? Are they cheaper on the US ebay?

Sweet looking buildings  8)

Does the text on the side of building read: Stormtroopers go home? ;)

Thank you Michi. This is exactly what I was hoping for. Mos Eisley looks amazing! Dare I hope that you'll be painting up any more WEG stuff in the near future?

Wow, michi, i really like your Mos Eyley designs. the archs breaks  the always evident squared arquitecture on Tatooine buildings ;) ;) ;). really Good job.
On the other side, the aurebesh always gives the SW feeling.
congrats as always .
 ;)

Yes, you may dare. There is still plenty to paint...

Are you planning on basing them?

Definitely not, I never do. My modern buildings have sidewalks, but that too is no real basing, I guess.

Does the text on the side of building read: Stormtroopers go home? ;)

No, but I remember that it does mean something. If you have Aurebesh lore you can translate it...  ;)

Great buildings! I like in particular the inscriptions on them.
