Artizan Billy The Kid Figure?

I've seen pictures of a 28mm Billy the Kid figure by Artizan I think...but it doesn't seem to be in any of their packs.
Was it a special one of a kind fig or something?  Can't paint the "Iron Clad" or Lincoln County Regulators without William Bonney! Any ideas where to get hold of this figure? Thanks!

I think he was a freebie offered when you buy Legends of the Old West through North Star Miniatures several years ago.
I am not sure if the figure is still available. I'd drop North Star an email to enquire as they sell the Artizan stuff now, they might be able to provide You with one.
