Just curious to see if these Pirate RPG rules, and their supplements are any good, for ideas for a pirate campaign, or for scenarios and battles inspiration, e.g. their Pirates – Ye Old Core rules; Pirates of the Caribbean Campaign setting; and the Spanish Main supplement:

The Hellish Havens, and Open Sea supplements appear interesting as well.

Looks like they might be good fodder for background info, at the very least, if not to be used directly, as is.

Thoughts or experience with them?

I'm especially interested in the 100 scenarios info, and what is included with them, e.g. how detailed they are for setting up a game, and for opposing forces and victory conditions.

Some of their scenario books are for different time periods during the age of piracy, e.g. several different periods in the 1600's.

Any info you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
