Great show but some bastard rooked me out of the free figure, my bag was empty..........and I didn't bother to check 'till I was on the train home 

Same here. No fig in my bag. I did notice it after entering, but since I was buying my way in (no advance ticket) I thought I didn't get it because there were already too much advance tickets sold and didn't take the trouble of asking around... 

@Captain Blood. It's only logical you're upset. When I joined the no ticket queue I had to walk just around the corner only to notice the advance ticket queue went even further and back...

On the other hand, I didn't need my notes of directions to find the way. I just followed the (half-)bald guys with (half-)empty rucksacks all the way from Baker Street.
