I would be interested in how the militia figures will differ from the settler figures you have already done.

Good question, thanks for raising it  :)
They'll be wearing coats, rather than just shirts or waistcoats, and carrying more campaign equipment. There'll be quite a lot of cross-over possibilities though.
They'll also be able to serve for provincials from those colonies which did not issue uniforms.

I clearly haven't got the hang of my new (replacement) camera on closeup shots yet, looking a bit grainy, but as I painted this chap from the new Settlers packs some weeks ago, I thought it was time he got an airing.

Very nice! I have tons of Indians, but not nearly enough militia and civilians.
