Congratulations and thanks to all who competed and orgnaised. As a non-competitor, I'm going to deeply miss my Sunday evening trawl through inspirational eye-candy.

Although, I did get my first miniature of the year painted today to dull the pain somewhat - at this rate, in about ten years time, I'll have painted as many figs as each of you who had original entries for each round. I don't know how you manage it.

Bravo, chaps, bravo!

I like to picture LPL entrants like ducks, calm on the surface but behind the scenes there's quite a bit of frantic paddling going on to stay afloat. That was my experience anyway :)

You could say that again. Never mind the pedalling, this duck was shot right right out of the water around R7. :)

Congrats to Frank and the runners up! The top 3 is, in my humble opinion, as it should be. Very impressed with the work, kwality and creativity displayed this LPL! Already hoping for an LPL6 next year!

Richard and Ray deserve a loooooooooooong vacation after organising this monster 70+ contestant edition of LPL! Of to the sanatorium with you two  lol

Congratulations to all for all the great painting.  Looking forward to seeing all the matches on Sunday really inspired my own painting.  Of course not having any thing to look at allowed me to get all my yardwork done for a change.  Made my wife a lot happier.  :D

Thanks again Richard and Ray for all your hard work.

Another great LPL year!  :D

Congratulations to the mighty Frank – and to everyone else that entered. There was some inspirational brushwork throughout. The thought of painting that much lead in that amount of time gives me the shakes.  ;D

Big thanks also backroom boys Richard (for corralling everyone) and Ray (for spreadsheet services).  :)

I wish I could have done more and avoided using "old team"... Well, there's always next year lol

Congratulations to the winner, Frank, to the organisers Prof, Captain Blood and Ray and to all who took part either by entrering teams or by taking the time to vote.

It was A LOT of fun once again.

Cheers! 8)

Congratulations to all participants. We rock! :)

The winners were worth it.

Some entries I remember (for different reasons) that hasn't been mentioned in other threads
was life in a fish bowl, chthulu nursery, the monkey mechanics, masai and lions and
also the school theatre in the first round.

Next time (probably not next year) I will have a plan.:)

Also my first LPL and I must honestly admit that I let's say .... "underestimated" it a bit  lol lol

But it was great fun and I'm already planning for the next one  :D

Congrats to everybody who help in any way (participants and organisers).
