No I didn't sculpt the hats : The one on the left (the red one) comes from a familar from Rackham; the two hats on the midle (the one with the skull and the one red) comes from pirates from foundry (as the rest of the mini except the head which comes from zombies from Games Workshop; The hat on the right comes from dead pirate from Reaper (as the sword) and finaly the two hats of the pirate in the back comes from plastic empire minis from Games Workshop.
