At 5pm today Her Majesty Queen Victoria, Empress of India (Gaud bless 'Er) declared war on Prussia............

Love the John Brown Conversion. Wish that I had thought of him.

What an amazing building! I am very impressed. Is that Brigadier General Flashman at her left hand? I don't think that he was overly fond of Chancelor Bismark....

I also like the well armed highlander protecting  Her Majesty.  "Mr Brown" I presume.

Maybe HM and Gladstone has had another of their little tiffs and the PM is sulking somewhere.
