Thank you, Darren and thanks a lot again for these Town Cryer and the Hunchback minis :)

Did read it being teenager. I was visiting my grandma on summer holidays and got loads of time for reading. My grandparents have got some older books, actually the most of them too boring but “The Man Who Laughs” was one of the few I felt was worth reading it.

One of my favourites (the wolf Homo),a romantic tragedy; the horribly mutilated man,the beautiful blind girl that he rescues,Ursus the father figure, working as travelling players and the ultimate tragic end. A cracking read.

You must have been an erudite young fellow :) I didn't read it till my 30s.

the emphasis should be on „have been“ :) I was grown in Russia and in those days in this “far-away country” we didn’t get much of fantasy or sci-fi read or TV. So I had to read classics and I read really many of them.

In the meantime I landed in the western culture…Hellboy, Conan, you know.. :D

lol A good formation for your adulthood, when I was 13/14 it was all Tolkien,Leiber,Moorcock and Lovecraft ::)

Back on topic; Witchtown for me always brings to mind the music in the Seven Samurai when they are recruiting in the town, wonderfully evocative music.....I'll shut up ;)

VERY COOL! The Wandering Band of Miscreants looks GREAT...the mix of minis works very well together.

The latest miniatures look marvelous, and I'm looking forward to seeing what you do with the Pardulon and Tabletop World buildings.  I wish we'd managed to grab all of the older ones before they stopped producing them, but at least we're not making that same mistake with the new stuff!

Hopefully someone will take lots and lots of pictures at Tactica and make sure they are posted somewhere!

A couple of new figures today. First some old Citadel halflings, some of the cutest minis I've ever seen. Don't ask about the building, I don't know where from it is, bought it ages ago at Ebay.

An old couple. The old hag is an old Citadel civilian. Many thanks to Welf VIII, he kindly gave it to me last weekend. The old boy is a Foundry civilian from their Vikings range.

And a little scene from the streets of Withtown. The first three (from left) figures are from a Reaper Townsvolk pack, the running boy at the right is also a Foundry civilian (from the Vikings range)

That"s great work prof! Love the apple throwers, perhaps a cheaper way for me to replace the 1980s citadel man in stocks...

Those halfings are lovely, are you looking for more?

Great work on the halflings, I love their brightly coloured clothing. The other models are very lovely as well and the old couple is very charming.
Let me hear the battle cry
Calling on the wind
Let me see the banners fly

VERY COOL & HIGHLY INSPIRATIONAL creations...I love the Halfling/Ogre discussion group. The Building of Unknown Origins is an imaginative piece that has scads of ideas to steal...appropriate for a Halfling abode.

Perhaps not the same standard of mini but IMO these two halflings (esp the one who is going to eat the apple rather tna though it,perhaps it could even be rotten!) would really add to the sceen, and I'm sure you paint them up nicely:
