Some of the best work I have seen on WK's minis....the mounted guy is truely fantastic especially with the head selection.

Um a little too quite in Witchtwon, something must be coming (oh I do hope so)

Plus a bump for new members that might not have seen this beauty!

What a thread! I've been through it a few times and there's no end of inspiration here. Would love to know what's up with Witchtown...any updates?

Thanks!

I'm actually shuttling between Witchtown and Bruegelburg and due to the lack ot time I'm more in Brugelburg currently (here the latest Bruegelburg updates - http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=57329) as Witchtown is my city for all the medieval and fantasy stuff I like (no matter who's producing them) and Bruegelburg is more the place for the official LAM range figures :) Discriminatory in some way, I know, but that's the way the Bruegelburger handle this :D

Witchtown - Zombies on the streets (upd. 5.07)
« Reply #444 on: 04 July 2015, 11:54:09 PM »
Time to revive this thread. Today the first fruits of my rekindled passion for Undeads, part of my entry for the Round 8 of the LPL.

Most of them are older GW Fantasy zombies (4-5.ed. WHFB). I’ve changed the poses trying to give them some fresh impetus and now I like them much better. The zombie on the right is a quite old Citadel one, a very nice model. The dwarf was made for Mordheim und he is probably my favorite from the lot. To give more dramatic flair to the scene and to create more contrast I've also painted the guy with the scythe (a Bob Olley sculpt, btw).

In the meantime I’ve painted two more Zombies, both being Mordheim specials, I like especially the girl, zombified Sister of Sigmar, brilliant idea! The guy must be the representative of Marienburg.

And now the whole staggering gang so far.

More to come. All kinds of zombies. Even Halflings (Thanks White Knight :))!

Indeed, after three years. My heart was bleeding seeing that thread rotting away and getting more dusty :)
