Thanks chaps, and thank you Mr Bickley for the rules and your knid comments. I have been an ACW buff for a very long time, but have always fitted it in around other periods. This collection is my fourth version, and I have been working on it for about ten years now, on and off. But in the last couple of years I have decided to make it my main period and focus, so lots more figures acquired, all I have to do now is paint them. I am aiming for at least 20 regiments of infantry, three of cavalry and about 6 batteries of artillery a side. Then I shall add more I expect, and vignettes and details etc.

They will not force us,
They will stop degrading us,
They will not control us,
We will be victorious!!

Madness! Wonderful Madness!  ;) But isn't this what wargaming is all about really? More power to your brush and looking forward to seeing more of your set up in future game reports. Glad you liked the rules by the way.

Thank you all, more game pictures as and when. And thank you Mr B for doing such a bang up job on the rules, and getting God's own period, in God's own scale back on the radar. Foundry really didn't let you down on production values, and for what you get I thought it was good value for money too.
