I think you did a great job assembling them! As for the Wizard, at first I tried a reversed colour scheme on the cloak: white in the recesses and dark on the raised areas, like this Russian Mink Coat worn by Anna Wintour where all the lighter bellies of the mink skins are sown together:

... it still looks like a great deal of small animals stitched together, which is further enhanced by one of the creatures standing next to him as a familiar (a great touch that really makes this model work).

I'd be very edgy, if I were his little familiar.  Is that my family or my predecessors that he's wearing?
