Found decent undercoat spray for £1
« on: 09 January 2012, 09:49:37 PM »
Hi all,

Not sure where to post this but this seems as good a place as any.

I bought a can of PRODRIVER auto spray paint (matt black 300ml) from poundland last week, it's good stuff.
Tried to rub it off my plastic and metal figures-couldn't do it and acrylics adhere to it beautifully.
Just thought I'd let everyone know as at £1 a can it's a moneysaver so if you're in the UK, get it before it's gone.

Cheers

Matt

I've been using it for some time - only problem I can find with it is that it doesn't last long. Still for just £1.00 I can't complain.

Don't forget they do a White and Grey as well.

Still looking for a cheaper black than GW..........

I use black acrylic from the Hobbycraft store - large bottle for about £3 if I remember rightly, I just top up my GW pot every so often. Been using it for a year or more now.
