I look forward to getting a game in.
Soon!

Just felt the need to say that I received a couple of parcels in the post this morning, with some 30+ figures in them, including 23 Cultists!
Whoo-hoo!
Looks like I will be painting some more purple robes pretty soon.

Regarding dogs; Plenty available that would work.
My favourite is the Medic's dog from Hinterland

Perfect for SA!

I will have 27 when they are all done.
Not all in the same Cult, though.
Maybe 8-10 in the Purple Cult, for SA, the rest will be painted differently for when the Kulten expansion appears.
 ;)

I know Black Cat Bases has some dogs about to be released. Waiting to see what they look like and priced.

Some of the first may be from Mega Minis, $1.50 each, tons of dogs including Bulldogs, Terriers, Dobermens, Germen Sheppards and more..like 20 something dogs....their quality is ok, not as good as other model lines but for a simple animal I am fine with that.

On that note, styx, I am saving my Black Cat Bases order for when I go to Salute.
I want to see all of their stuff up close and then raid the shelves!
 ;D

If they have some dogs by then, and I like them, I will get them painted up and posted for your (and others) perusal.
 ;)

If you want some suggestions of minis to buy let me know, I have done two orders with BCB (one pirate and one Cthulu so far) and getting their prize lot, so I can tell you what the prime cuts are!

BCB said they was sending some Dogs in with the batch of mini's so, they will be going out to some lucky winner...not sure if the new stuff will be at Salute yet....once I get and post the pics, you could always ask...

Salute looks great, wish we had something closer here, everything is either up north or out in the midwest.

Thanks, Ballardian!

It has just dawned on me that there will be no pictures taken tonight as I will be watching the Chelsea/Benfica CL game as soon as I get in from work..

Given that that means I will have no new pictures of miniatures until the weekend, I thought that I would post this and ask for any suggestions for a possible mythos use.
I know it is a GW Demon, sorry, but I thought I may find a use for it.
I realise that I may need to replace the head to with something less head-like, but any suggestions would be welcome.

Mason

Have to say mate, reminds me a little of the S**T Daemon out of Dogma! And DON'T sell it, if it isn't too late already - I'll gladly buy it off you. Will mention this to you when next we meet.

Bert

Any help would be appreciated as I like the paintjob (it is better than my crap picture portays!) and would like to save the miniature from a sad fate on ebay...

Right then, here are those Cultists that I finished a few days ago.

They're fantastic mate! looking forward to getting a game of this, especially having missed out on Mondy (I did say my health seems dictated by Nurgle himself at times...).

Are you in the market for being a player yourself as well as GM? I wouldn't mind having a bash at GMing too some time if poss. ;)

On to the Deep Ones that I finished off a couple of days ago.

Giant frogs! Very bizarre. Not too sure about the look of these (nothing to do with painting), although I appreciate they are quintessentially Lovecraftian. Also look a bit like Slann - so THAT's where GW got the idea from :D.

I also agree that the best one is the one reading. Looks like he's paused for some essential functions! lol

Good shot there! Hrm, just need maybe some figs from Muttonchop (they have some nice Brit looking guys) or those from I think Pulp (I like the guy in the kilt with the shotgun...some of Artizan's pulp stuff would be nice also...
