I noticed the B&W earlier but didn't have time to PM you, I don't usually do posts to embarass people so I was going to let you know later if you didn't catch it.

Thanks, styx, but it was intentional.
I just did a 'copy and paste' of the whole AAR in its B+W version and modified it to replace the B+W with the original colour pictures.
DeafNala replied before I had finished the alteration.
He was a little too quick for me...... ;)

Progress update: On the painting table at the moment are 4 Giant Vermin, 2 Zombies, 1 Blasphemous Construct, 2 Hybrids, 1 Rogue Threshold Agent and the Medic (still!).
I also have another couple of figures from Aircav that I am adding to the project.
Pics as soon as they are done....

Yeah, Bert. Where are they?
Come on, mate. No excuses.
Pull yer finger out!
 ;)

I am at somewhat of a disadvantage without a camera or computer at home, alas :'(. Unless you are volunteering your formidable skills Mr M...?

I laughed as I read each name but that one stood out above the rest.  Very funny.  lol

Cheers, D@rth! I think you have to have a few daft names with skirmish games - somehow I can never get too serious about naming ;). Mason's got some corking daft names for this project, but his best had to be his halfling cook for Mordheim - Dildo Bloato! Legendary. lol

My contribution to styx Strange Aeons AAR contest.
Posting here in colour.

The Mission played was Rescue the Innocents.

Great AAR Mason!  :D

Sounded like a superb game, and very funny tale. I wonder how apt Miss Inn-Dowt's name would remain with her indebted to her dashing rescuers...

Bring them with you next time you pop around here, mate.
I will get my Missus to take some piccies for you.
You do NOT want me to take them......

No problem, mate.

Another couple of fellas picked up on the Bazar. Every SA collection needs some Asylum Guards to look after their Mad Scientist!

The Lockswin came over the afternoon to play some SA, his first time in fact.
He thoroughly enjoyed it and will be putting his own team of miniatures together very soon.
I took some photos taken during the two games and will post them tomorrow.
(Of the miniatures on the table, not of The Lockswin!)

And: Yes! You do!

Thanks, styx!
They were a freebie at Partizan, a UK convention, some time ago.
I think that they will work well with the 'good' Doctor!

I will post the pics of The Lockswin's first couple of games later.
He liked the game well enough that he went home and ordered some of his own Agents from Copplestone!

That is four new initiates already!
How many more can I gather.....?

Here are a few pictures that were taken earlier in the week, when The Lockswin came over for a couple of games of SA.
It was more of a case of getting to learn the rules than taking too many pictures as this was the first time that he had played the game.

The set up we were playing on.
We decided that we would play both games on the same set-up as it would speed things up.

The Initial moves by the M.O.O.S.(E). team, led by Captain Murphy (Irish Division)

The initial moves made by the Cult of the Purple-Headed Worm

Captain Murphy and Agent O'Brien move stealthily forwards

The Cult advance!

Agent O'Malley moves forward into the cover of the crates and readies his bolt-action rifle

I have a few more that I will also put up later...
