Here is the latest piece of scenery to be finished.

Hope that you like it...

No I don't like it..... I LOVE it! :-*
How did you make it? What kits and materials did you use?

Great work Mason!

The Warehouse/Livery looks TERRIFIC with the M.O.O.S.E. minis. My Great Uncle Lenny's Folks had a barn that looked similar to that by their boarding house cum resort. Their place seemed to be stuck in a Time Warp somewhere in the '20s or '30s....you just need a wine press & some chickens to complete the image.
I'd NEVER join a club that would have me as a member.  G.Marx

I see Dr Hugh Zass is up to his old tricks. No doubt using the warehouse to store his diabolical serum.

 lol
Any volunteers?

To be perfectly honest, Roon, it was a simple matter of adding some small bits and pieces to this:

A Livery Stable produced by Hovels for their Old West range.
It comes with three fences and a water trough.

I just added the MDF base and the fence panels to enclose the yard and painted them to match the existing structure, and then added a few barrels and a crate and some scenic materials to liven it up. The only thing that I did to the main building was add a few washes and drybrushing in places, to tie it all together.

Thanks, DeafNala!
As it appears that this project seems to remind you so much of your own past, I think it is appropriate that I add a character that brings your good self into it.

I think it is time to bring the Mad Scientist Professor De'ath-Naylor to life.
I am sure that I have a figure that will pass muster somewhere.
 ;)

I, of course, would be honored to have a namesake wandering (I tend to wander & talk to myself...in different voices) through your games. I'd look like my avatar if he was portrayed be Christopher Lloyd.
I think I identify with the setting for your Strange Aeons game partly due to all the time I spent with my Grandfather & Great Uncles while growing up, & partly to being exposed/addicted to the '30s films that were the principle things on '50s TV...the roots of my madness.

As a mad scientist you could inject evil mushrooms instead of zombies.  A blasphemous shroomstruct!!!

The hunt for 28mm Nala....

The sickle in the fruitful field;
The sword he sung a song of death,
But could not make the sickle yield."

Well my Avatar on T.B.M.F. is this Guy:

It's a mini I did a long time ago & mailed to Tom for photography.
Sorry if this is going off the beaten path.

I already have the mini (I think I may need to add a little more beard)!
And his Minions!
 ;)

I will get to it as soon as I finish whats on the paint table at the moment; a few things that will pass as Scenes of Horror and a Missing Link.

Should finish at least one of the Scenes tomorrow...

He will take some stopping!

Meanwhile, whilst the M.O.O.S.(E). team leaders have been distracted by the activities of Dr Hugh Jarse and his minions, the Cult of the Purple-headed Worm have been busy conducting their own business.

What are they up to....?

Do I have a volunteer to investigate the Cult's latest shenanigans?

Thanks, chaps.
These were taken one morning after the game the night before.
I couldnt be bothered putting the scenery away that evening, and when I was about to in the morning I thought: 'Why not take a few pics?'

They have been sitting on the camera since, I only remembered them when I was checking the camera ready to take some pics of the Scenes of Gentility that I have finished.

Here are a few more:

Apologies if some are a bit blurry, but they were a spur of the moment thing...

That is one sweet set up!!! So jealous...
Be mindful of the prayers you send
Pray hard but pray with care
For the tears that you are crying now
Are just your answered prayers

The boys from beyond the wall are always ready Mason. I need to fit in a quick trophy hunt before tho ( using my remaining map piece). Curse BLAM and work from getting in the way of serious gaming :D
