Nah, Osprey book on my desk is all it is.  ;)

Am enjoying watching your Zulu War collection grow, by the way, David. Mustn't forget that, as it is what this thread is supposed to be about.  I can empathise with your trials and tribulations. Painting has not been easy for me either, lately. Unlike you my output has never been prodigious, but I am finding painting very much a struggle lately. Nothing seems to turn out how you want it to, and it just leads to frustration and that leads to not doing it at all. On top of all that I just finished something I was finally happy with and then went and had a varnishing disaster. Not enjoying the hobby right now.

But still, me whining like a baby isn't going to help any. Chin up, eh?  :)

Stiff upper lip old boy [and give the can of varnish a crafty kick when no-one's looking]

Keep Calm and Carry On  ;)

They look good.  Sorry to here about the painting and varnishing tribulations of both Yankee and Plynkes.  Keep plugging along though and don't let it get you down. ;)
