Red Coats In Space - Impervious Suit added
« on: 18 May 2012, 10:04:37 AM »
I've started a new VSF project with a different take on the usual VSF off-world games:

Royal AEther Marines, armed with electric carbines:

Bigger game hunters:

All figures are converted Scheltrum deep sea divers.

That shotgun conversion works pretty well.

I hate those scheltrum figures however.
So many projects..... so little time.......

Nice work.
I always thought these looked small. How do they scale up with other figures?

I agree that the Scheltrum minis generally look pretty awful . But the paint job helps, and the conversions are nice too. I have had similar ideas for aethermarines, but so far down the project list...

Yours look quite nice, and with the Queen's Colours, as well!

I try and avoid the LAF "pile-on compliments syndrome" but (perversely)  I really, really, like these figures and the thought behind them.

Usual good standards there Bullshott - when do we get to see the Frenchies?

For some reason, the rear view of the three remind me of the telly tubbies, can't think why.

You have some nice little guys there. Very "First men on the Moon".
