I think it could be a Renault maybe a 2 tonner, it has a similar shaped front to the latil & Liberty trucks though.

I think it's a Renault as well, as the Latil and Libertys seem to have larger bonnets (but the shape is awfully close).

It may be an EP model, like this one:

Although the wheels are of a different type, the bonnet and driver's "cabin" look very similar.
