Wingnut,
Labor Day game went good - still need to tinker with the rules to get them where I want them. We had over 32 sign-ups and got up to 28 players though dwindled down as we the day passed. Will have pictures on the blog soon but I'm still in the rest and recovery stage. Took four hours to set the game up Saturday night, was down prepping for two hours before game which ran seven and a half hours and then, after a break, took three hours to break down. Plus it had to be loaded and unloaded on each end of the hundred mile drive between home and convention. Yes, I had help - much appreciated help - but you know how it goes; one man does the majority of the work.
Man, your stuff is really impressive. Someday will rework some bits and pieces to improve my towns - and your work will be a powerful inspiration in that process. But I've already moved on to the next big game - 20' x 25' 15 mm wild west game for September 2014 (not an error, two years out, it will take that long to get ready). Not to worry, though, the pirates will see the light of day from time between now and then.
