Seeing a lot of reviews of the figures but is anyone playing the game yet?

I played the 3 first scenarios. The game is really great and we had a lot of fun. I have to admit that it is harder with 4 players as you get less survivors like zizi666 said, but when you choose your survivors according to the scenario (tough or speedy survivors) you manage to finish the game (unless the zombies get a double turn...).

You should read the rules on the offcial website. They also have a great support page with a campaign, new scenarios and a map editor to create your own scenarios.

At first glance the range combat system seemed weird as you play clockwise without the opportunity to play a specific survivor before another one (like in Last Night on Earth, Pandemy or Descent), but that's not a bad idea as it provides a real challenge and strategy.

I played a lot of zombies boardgames (Last night on Earth, Zombies, Off the Dead, Les Morts aux Trousses,...) and this one is my favourite. And it's a cooperative game so no one is bored playing only the zombies. I would recommend it.
I wish I were an octopus to paint more miniatures...Cthulhu must be a great painter

I like the look of it (didn't have a chance to Kickstart it), but I'm not sure I will get it if it isn't significantly better than Last Night on Earth (which I am a big fan of).   YIU, you say it is your favourite.   Is it much better than LNoE?

I like both but I prefer Zombicide as there is more strategy IMHO.

Not sure if you can find it in english as it is a french game. It's a "mid-cooperative" game. You (and your friends) are surrounded by an army of zombies.

Uncle Sal's house is not far away, and he has a bunker that was built in the cellar during the nuclear war paranoia of the 50's. The key to the bunker is somewhere in this 3-level house... and the bunker is small... very small ! In fact, just a single person can be supported by the bunker facilities ! You will be the supported one ... or the eaten one? !

Each player plays a survivor and moves the zombies each turn. You can coop with other survivors to kill the zombies and get the key. When you find the key it's "free for all" to run to the bunker.
