Looking forward to the new bits mate - after my PA burn out last year, my interest is growing again :)

Thanks for the enthusiasm !

That list is what is in front of me and happening as of now... Much more is possible in the future but cash is king and sales get reinvested  ;)  :D

Steve, you forgot snowmobile drivers and riders and ski-doo riders ;).

I didn't .... Honest.  Snowmobiles will be in the vehicle rules and riders are on the ICE Trooper to do list (as are top gunners and heli crew) with skis and snowshoes on the Winter Militia tdl.

2nd attempt to post this after forum software went all loopy on me  :o

I now have the bits for the 3 figure set of multipart shamblers (infected/zombies) and so here's a shot of another assembly:

The parts are all interchangeable with the multipart set of ragers and so here are the components of the two kits side by side.

NB: The rager torsos are longer in the body for a more threatening, lunging profile.

Once the shambler parts have been put onto sprues they'll go into production and then into the store.

Really looking forward to the winter militia - I'm hoping to make SSS one of my projects this year.

Anyone got a good, cheap source (online, preferably) for a large white fleece throw (6'x4' ideally)?

You're still two seasons out...  I got mine in October when the fleece throw blankets were back on sale in Blokker.  It may be a tougher thing to find now.  Ebay or google?

I forgot to ask, are the parts between shamblers and ragers interchangeable, like heads and arms?

In theory yes, but I can't 100% prove the practice until I can actually glue them together, for which I need copies, so by the time they go on sale we'll know for sure.

I mentioned I was painting the ICE Troopers and here's the first image.

A reminder that their role is  Infection Control & Elimination, which can include isolating survivors in infected areas.

I went for an urban winter camo effect and the goggles are greyed out because there is no sun or blue sky.

Heh, we've done that in the past : Zombie games where you had to reach the heli (with a pilot ofcourse) before a set amount of turns. Then the Clean-up crew entered the board and killed everything that moves (or breaths)

Grim, minimalistic and very effective.  8)

They look scary Steve, in a quiet and disturbing fashion. Are they friendly, are they going to kill us all????! I like the quizzical looks they have with their heads tilted. Nice sculpts.

Cheers
Matt

Great continued progress Steve  8)

The thought processes alone are superb and the realisation of those processes makes it all worthwhile  :)

Very nice dude! The Ice troopers have turned out really nice. I'd of gone mad painting all that white!
