Really love this thread. Hopefully when you get past day 13 you still have some nice things for us to look at.

gamers are not used to seeing dwarves presented as individuals? We are used to seeing ranks of similar look dwarves, not a band of individual adventurers.

I also agree with this. I think the minis are lovely, maybe not what everyone would expect from a dwarf or as you imagined them when reading the book but they look good against images from the movie and the sculpts look nice too.

I have just recieved the "escape from Goblin Town" box and I must say I am very much impressed by your painting. The miniature's faces are rather small and you certainly gvae them a lot of character. Excellent work!
