Here is a miniatures of Hadj Ahmed Bey Ben Mohammed Chérif (1786-1851),  Bey of Constantine (Algeria) . He was one of the most important chief of the fight against french colonisation of algeria. He surrended in 1848 , one year after Abd El Kader!
