Very nice!

Any chance of some packs of just the drones?

And will there be larger vehicles?

Can't do drone packs at the minute because of the way the moulds are set up - I might try and get a new mould done for them...

Bigger vehicles are planned, but I'm still working on sorting decent casting arrangements for them.

Nice to see these out of the mould Micheal.  Out of interest,  who did you go with re: casting?

Cheers.

Suggestion
Don't make the mould with a drone in them anymore. As above you can probably sell the drones seperate and I would rather have a extra trooper in the pack than 3 and a drone. ;)

Too old skool for me.

Still, I'd like to third a separate drone set. Might be tempted to get that one tho the troopers don't really appeal.

Out of interest,  who did you go with re: casting?

If the end I got them cast by DP Castings, which are basically Pendraken Minis branching out into casting.

I reckon I'll have to look into doing separate Drone packs and maybe make a few more different types of drone as well...

Love the minis...not too big on the price (doesn't seem inline with other manufacturers).  Great figs though.

Yes, please.

Consider the request for separate drones... fourthed.

Glad you like them!  As for price, I guess it depends on which manufacturers you compare prices with.... the best deal we do is the platoon deal, which works out at £10 each for the 60mm tall warbots, and £2 a figure for the other stuff.

I take everyone's point on the drones though - I'm working on a few more drones then I'll get them released as packs.

cheers,
Michael

These are really nice. I've plumped for Denizen and EM4  with a bit of Heresy and Hasslefree with my future wars/Aliens set up so I'm thinking that if these are billed as 28-32mm figures then they might be just a bit large, no? I wonder if the warbots could be experimental corporate R&D projects though?

I see you're at Newton Aycliffe, so I hope to see you at the Middlesbrough shows. I believe the old Stockton Parade show is now relocating to Middlesbrough in March (I think!) so that could be a good opportunity!

I was just checking out some feedback you've had on some other sites (I stumbled on them while looking for the shop site without the thread link!). I reckon the weapons are good as they are, I'm not a fan of giant oversized guns, but that's just a personal preference (too 'space marine for me!). I'd agree with the drones being available separately too, it sounds like they will be a big hit. I also really like the idea that you're trying to create a realistic world with technology that is already being considered.  I hope you get good interest levels.

Here's a quick size comparison, with a Hasslefree figure and a Space Marine:

As for shows, I'm hoping to get to a couple this year, but probably later than March, when I've got some more figures finished... Smoggycon definitely, but that's not till November I think!

cheers,
Michael

Thanks for the image Michael. They don't look too out of place for suited up guys next to Hasslefree. A possibility for corporate commandos maybe?

Yes, Smoggycon is usually November. It will be great to see you there.

There is something about your range that just appeals!

Cheers, Steve
