Supposedly future wars.

Old job I just redid with the metals and so...

They will now feature in my retro sci-fi games!

They will feature in the pilot episode of Carl Blixt - Hero of Intergalactic Space Force, that will be broadcast this Friday. The Episode is called:

For a Few Galactic Credits More!

The plot is simple:

A remote store house on a lone planet in the outskirts of the Fnafnyfnah System has been employed to shift tonnes CaZrAl9O15(BO3) 'Painite', which is used as a powerful Chakra opener in fortune telling and IRS circles.

A gang of renegade robots constituted of veterans of the Robot Wars and dissidents from beyond the Robot quarantine zone has been hired by Commander Algol to raid the store house, while the Commander's own forces raid a settlement not far from it to lure away the Space Police.

Unknown to Algol, Carl Blixt has infiltrated his group and has made the skin operation go awry and has left no witnesses.
Blixt has now raced back to the store house with fellow ISF member Werner Blitz and together with a few local miners they are ready to defend the place from the Commander and his Robot renegades.

Agreed, but what an excellent tangent it is!

Cowboys and Robots. Somehow that works better than Cowboys and Aliens I think. And the paintjob is fittingly excentric too.

What make are these? There's something about them that strikes my impulse-buy nerve...

Are these the cyborgs that go wrong at the historical amusement park?

Or are they a pesky future/alien plot to rustle cattle and steal the gold in them thar hills?

Either way they look pretty darned good!

There are some Weird Wild West minis that someone posted the other day, cowboy types with massive guns, that might work too.

Yarh well, nice ideas, but too computer game like for me. I like old style sculpting with obvious faults and lack of exact symmetry and so on...
