how are You going to use them?
how stable are they if You place lead miniatures on them?
how large are these actually?

They'll be used for some fantasy Song of Blades and Heroes skirmish gaming. I like having terrain that's interesting enough to be used for objectives. They're very stable. I don't play with lead figures (I'm a wierdo and play with Lego minifigs). I'd be comfortable placing heavy weight in the waterfall and the largest if the three rocks. The other two might get a bit tippy if too much weight was placed in them. As far as size goes, the waterfall base is about 10"-12" wide.

Id be happy too, but like I said previously, I game only with Lego figs. I'd be happy to take a picture of that if you guys would find that helpful.

Here's they are with a few elf figs. Their bases are about 1.25 inches.



The eagle is one of the largest models I use. The base is 3 inches.



Here's the eagle on a small stand. It's a little shakey but more stable than I thought.

The core was made out stems from plastic champaign glasses. I cut the top and bottom off until all I had was the stem. I then melted some of the left over plastic and glued it to the stem to provide additional support and to give the water something curved to cling to as it broke over the falls. Then, several layers of DAP 3.0 crystal clear caulk was smeared around the champaign glasses, to give it the moving water effect, with a layer of blue and white paint slapped over the final layer of dap. Finally a couple thin layers of mod podge were used over the paint to bring back the shine and to help seal it all.

What did you use for the roots ? I have two of my own started (very early stages) and need to camouflage the sticks I used to hold up the island.
